Friends, I want to share our OpenAI‑ecosystem experience building a self‑improving Tax AI powered by Codex. With Thrive and Crete’s accounting network we created a loop: practical edits become structured data, eval sets and engineering tasks for Codex.

Key points:
• The product preserves trails from sources to final returns and clusters recurring edits.
• Codex analyses trails, suggests fixes and runs targeted and regression evals.
• Outcome: ~1/3 time saved, +50% throughput; returns with ≥75% completion rose from 25% to 86%.
