Friends, I want to share some AI news: Amazon now enables creating merch designs via AI directly in the Shopping app.

What’s important:
- via the Alexa for Shopping interface any user can describe an idea, get a design and order the product through Merch on Demand;
- Amazon handles printing and delivery (including Prime); the feature is free to use — you pay only for the product;
- the feature is currently available only in the US and covers t-shirts, hoodies, insulated mugs and other items;
- this lowers the barrier for non-designers and heightens competition for print-on-demand platforms.

Why it matters: simplification turns AI design into a mass commercial product and reshapes the e‑commerce landscape.
