Oura is a Finnish maker of a smart ring that tracks sleep, activity and “readiness.” By September the company reported 5.5 million rings sold.
In Series E Oura raised $875M at an $11B valuation, up from $5B a year earlier. It recently launched its own AI model for women’s health.
Why it matters: an IPO would fund R&D and global expansion and sharpen competition in the wearables market.
