Otter launches enterprise search via MCP — access to Gmail, Drive, Notion and Jira

Colleagues, I’d like to share an AI update: Otter has introduced enterprise search that consolidates data from external services.

The gist: Otter is now an MCP client, connecting to Gmail, Drive, Notion, Jira and Salesforce; coming soon: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Slack.

Capabilities: search across meetings and external data, export summaries to Notion and drafts to Gmail. An assistant is embedded in the interface and understands screen context.

Operational: meeting recording without a bot on macOS and Windows; bot deduplication supported. The platform claims 35 million users.

Why it matters: it simplifies access to knowledge and accelerates decision-making.
