Revolut Eyes Valuation of up to $200bn Ahead of Anticipated IPO

Friends, from the fintech world: Revolut is targeting a $150–200bn valuation in its IPO.
FT, citing investors, reports the company is preparing a listing with that goal; the last secondary round valued it at $75bn.
According to the CEO (Bloomberg), an IPO is at least two years away; another secondary round is planned in H2 2026.
2025 revenue: $6bn; net income: $1.7bn; 68.3m customers. Active expansion and licence applications in the US and other jurisdictions.
Why it matters: such plans affect capital markets, valuation benchmarks and regulatory scrutiny.
Do you think this valuation is realistic?
